i had to remove the toilet to tile the bathroom and when i put it back in it wont flush right, the bowl fills up with the water and just drains off,i have to flush a couple of times to take the waste away properly,it worked perfect before this.

when flushing does the water go away quickly or slowly? did you cover the waste pipe with a bag or towel to stop the smell coming out when tiling? could that bag still be in the pipe? I'm wondering are you not getting enough pull from the sewer to suck it out

Perhaps the rubber collar sealing the multiwick to the sewer pipe has come off the multiwick and blocked the pipe.
