I was wondering if its still possible to claim back rent relief or has it been phased out, I moved into a new apartment on the 01feb11, I had been renting previously a room in a house, I know the government are in the process of phasing this out but Im confused where I stand, also can I set it up where I get a refund on a…

You can claim only if you have been in rental accomodation on 7 December 2010. In addition, you can claim going back a few years.
