WRP400 Settings post firmware upgrade

    Anyone out there got one of these by any chance.

    Loaded the latest firmware and its wiped some settings...cannot ping out to external address.

    Has anyone had this issue/resoluton?

    Does anybody know if Azotel give you a Static IP address or if they use DHCP? (no point in calling their technical support, its non existant)

    I never got any IP details when we signed up and now I have this router issue after upgrade I may have lost some that werr there?
