Help with ryanair online check in problem

    I've have been trying to check in online with ryanair for hours now and I keep getting an error message - "The details you entered in order to retrieve your reservation did not match those on record.
    Please verify the information is correct and try again."
    I have checked again and again and still I can't check in. I rang the 0818303030 number and was on hold for at least 40 minutes each time and never got an answer. Out of desperation I rang the premium rate number and got through straight away. The women at the end of the phone said she was able to check in and didn't believe me when I said I couldn't. I have tried three different computers and three different browsers at two different locations and still can't check in. This is going to cost €240 if I can't check in by Monday (return flights for 3 people). Anyone have any hints or tips on how to fix this?

    If you go into the check in page, then maybe choose a different option from the 3..maybe enter your credit card details in that option instead of providing e-mail address option..that sometimes works for me. (I hope it makes sense to you) Only ever ring them as a last resort!

    The site is only giving me two options, and nowhere to put in the credit card details (which I don't have anyway as they were booked by a friend)

    Are you using option 1 or 2? Are you sure you have the reference number correct because last time we had a problem bacause what we thought was a 1 turned out to be an 'I'. :rolleyes: I know it might sound simple but try all those things first.

    did you make 2 bookings using one email address? i have had trouble checking in before as i booked 2 of us separately with 2 credits cards but used my email to receive confirmation. if so, you will have to check in using the reference number option, NOT the email
