time and date on laptop :(

    hi guys have an avent laptop 8years old

    havin a problam with the date and time---- that is.. every time i turn it on the date and time drops back to january 2002 :(

    any tips or fix's to sort this out?

    Could be the time set in the BIOS or something? Usually its like F2 or something at the start of the bootup to get in there.
