Sharp 40" LCD €367 - Currys

    €367 for a 40" Sharp LC40F22E LCD tv as pary of Curry's no profit sale.
    This tv any good? Am very tempted, only has 2 hdmi ports though...really need 3.

    For that price you could just pick up a cheap HDMI splitter. Have one on my old TV with just one port and it works great.

    Good deal at that price, it goes without saying. Its a 40" so it should have one of Sharps own UV2A panels which should mean good black levels. Sharps usually mean little or no input lag too so this set should be gamer friendly!

    This does have a mpeg4 tuner surely? We dont really get too many Sharp tvs over here..

    on amazon it says it has a Freeview tuner, dunno if that means mpeg4 or not.

    yeah the price is what it was in a local paper as, specific to the headford roa store.
