Help required with Multiswitch install

    I am located in the Midlands and doing a DIY install of a multiswitch with quattro lnb's. I am using the following hardware; Triax TD 110 Satellite Dish, Triax TD Multi LNB Holder, 17/8 EMP PROFI Multiswitch , 3 x Sharp Quattro LNB´s and a Ferguson FK-1000 Receiver for setting it up. I have aligned dish and setup LNB holder using a single LNB connected to receiver. When I connect up the Quattro LNB's to the switch and do a multiple satellite search with receiver it only detects channels from the which ever satellite/LNB/ (4)Cables that are connected to "SAT A SYSTEM" (A,B,C,D) on the multiswitch. I have verified that all LNB's and cables are working OK by changing them to Sat A postion on multiswitch. The multiswitch is outputting voltage on all the inputs as per specifications. Can anyone suggest how to resolve please?

    Rather than doing a multiple satellite search, can you try an individual satellite search for each of the 4 positions? At least that way you can check if the Diseqc signals are getting from the receiver to the switch.

    What's the distance between the receiver and the switch?

    Have you configured the receiver for DiSEqC? Sorry if it's stating the obvious, you just didn't mention configuring the receiver for DiSEqC, so it knows which bird is where!

    @Apogee
    The receiver is only finding whichever satellite/LNB that is connected to the first input on the switch.
    The distance between the receiver and the switch is 10 metres approx.

    I do not understand configuring the receiver for DiSEqC. I have tried various settings. This is a single dish with multiple Quattro LNB's.
    Can anyone explain what the settings should be please

    The receiver needs to know which Diseqc port correspond to which LNBF/Satellite position.

    Go into the installation menu, antenna setup submenu and set the 'Diseqc 1.0' to Port 1, 2, 3 & 4 for each of the satellites e.g. Astra 28 - Port 1, Astra 19 - Port 2, Hotbird - Port 3 etc.

    Is the Hotbird feed from a 2nd lnb on the same dish as Astra or a separate dish?
