Hi there, This is a bit of a long shot, but here goes!!! Does anybody know what are the requirements / qualifications in Italy to become a lettings agent? Is a lettings agent considered to be the same as an Estate Agent? If this is the wrong forum for this question, perhaps somebody could point me to a more appropriate…

Of course, it's in Italian. I assume you know the language, or it would make little sense to try becoming a letting agent in Italy.
