Missing online bet

Hope this is the right forum, anyway here goes.I was out of the country on wednesday 30 th march, and realised I hadn't done my selections for the Irish lotto . So I logged onto my boylesports account at an internet cafe, to do them for the 30th and sat 2nd april also.24 euros total ( Ps at 7.25 irish time).At the end of doing this I was asked to top up my account by this amount, and after a few failed attempts my bet was accepted and I logged out.No luck on wed but on sat one of my selections came up 301 euros for 3 numbers. Checked my account and found no trace of my bet but only my 24 euros balance. contacted them by email and got a reply to say theire IT dept were looking into it.Any advice welcome. Thanks

Did you confirm the bet after you topped up your balance???

If so the bet should be in your betting history.

to be honest not sure .but i remember full betting slip with all selections and possible payouts did show after topping up.

and bet accepted came up also !

After topping up it would still show you the selections you had choosen but then you would have needed to confirm your bet.

Doubt you will have any luck with Boyles:(... Worth asking them though if you do the same numbers all the time, could be good publicity for them..

EDIT : IF bet was accepted then check your bet history it will be there if not it was not fully accepted

same numbers but not bet with them every week .only when stuck. Haven't heard from them yet.The missus tells me I confirmed ,but couldn't swear .Strange as I have done numerous bets over time and never won and they show in my account, then I win and there is an issue!

I really doubt you confirmed the bet.
Either that or by the time you topped up, it was too close to the draw to bet

Just an update , after checking with their IT Dept ,boylesports paid up the 301 owed (as a goodwill gesture) , after I confirmed times the bets were placed through my visa . but strangely my bet never showed up on my account!!
