Crazy, Stupid, Love is like a movie made by the Woody Allen of Hannah and Her Sisters if only he'd hailed from the suburbs.

Great cast in Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling, Julianne Moore, Kevin Bacon, Marisa Tomei and Emma Stone so hopefully lives up the above review. I have high hopes now.

I've been getting abuse for wanting to see this as I'm a man - It looks good and Carel has gotten a good review so hopefully it won't suck and I can feel justified in going to see it :)

Also Emma Stone is the business!

I watched this the other night.

An excellent film, whether your into the genre or not you would most likely find it enjoyable.

Great chemistry between the cast members and a really good script.

Carell excels in this role; from the awkward glares, to the fumbling for words, to his 'man out of his depth' portral, to the emotional and reflective, he really has his chops cut out for him and get sunk straight into it, Very very good actor and I wish he took more dramatic roles and less 'fluffy' roles.

Great film, found it a tiny bit long , but overall kept me very entertained for the few hours .

I did find the ending odd the girl giving the photo to the kid ...........was slightly uncomfortable with that , if the situation was reversed and a fella did that to a girl paedo would be shouted from the rooftops and it would be considered unacceptable in such a mainstream movie. Didnt sit right with me at all.
Still enjoyed it though , would defo reccomend.

Emma stone looks like an alien.

Marisa Tomei is still unreal even though she's 45 or some such fantastical age.

    You are wrong about Stone.

But Marisa Tomei is smoking for for somebody in the second half of her fortys. My Cousin Vinny was 20 years sgo.

I thought the big reveal was done well and I didn't see it comign at all.
A nice change from the usual romdom predictability
