Recommend a Hop and Grain Mix for Cascara Brew

After spotting this http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/nogne-o-cascara-bitter/131442/ I've decided I'll try and add some this weekend to a brew I'd planned. My hop choice is: Challenger, Columbus and east kent goludings. On the grain side I've got Crushed Crystal, Amber, Cara Red and Chocolate. Any advice is much appreciated.
