    In Galway city:
    - Cooke´s for great food in a beautiful building with great character
    - Oscar´s for delicious locally sourced food and great service

    In Sligo:

    Montmartre restuarant. Expensive but is very fine dining,the best for food in the town by a mile.

    Silver Apple: Great food and at a reasonable cost.
