Depends on your age, financial situation and the weather.
If weather is nice then walk the prom, get ice cream, visit the aquarium.
If raining then maybe the museum and a meal and a pint along Quay Street.

Go see a band somewhere, kings head or the roisin normally have something on most nights during the week.

Walk the Prom. Have a coffee/ice cram in Coco's on the Prom or some Tapas and a outdoor beer in the Oslo.
