Just degreased chain, washed with hot soppy water and sponge, dried, oiled points with 3-in-1, lubed chain and checked quick releases. Now I feel a bit of drag when 'walking' the bike, I spun the 2 wheels and they're fine so wonder if it could be water in the bearings or something? I didnt use a hose.

Check the jockey wheels are spinning freely.

and don't ever use 3-1 on a chain. Get down to your lbs and pick up some proper chain lube. 3-1 will only attract every bit of dirt and crap off the road...
