Nissan primera 99 fuel gauge

    I have a 99 nissan primera 1.6 (new shape) and the fuel gauge just isnt working.
    I put 30 euro petrol into it and its still resting at zero, nothing!

    Anyone know how i can fix this?

    Wire might be broken or disconnected, or more probably faulty sender in the tank.

    Today it was telling me there was a quarter tank for about 6 seconds, then zero again, so yea must be that ,thanks for the reply
