    I am trying to decide between two modules for the summer semester so i am looking for some information on and opinions of the two modules below.

    Regulation & Corporate Governance by Ray Kinsella.

    Managing the Negotiations Process by Stephen Boyle.

    I done the negotiation one. Cannot recommend it enough. Steady workload, very interactive class and you can see many practical applications in real life!

    Also, quality lecturer!
