Are there any program tools, helper websites, or browser plugins that you use to improve your eBay experience and make using the site and getting good deals easier?

For instance, is there anywhere that caches everything that's sold, or allows one to cache a database of even certain items allowing them to easily find the market value/average price etc? When to buy, when to sell because the competition is over priced?

I mean tools like Terapeak and Happertap, which I am looking into today. If you have any experience with them or others please share it.
