hi i have been trying to get cbeebies and cbbc channels back onto my sky tv, since they disappeared months ago, i believe the codes are 10803 H 22000 5/6, for cbeebies which moved from 10773 H 22000 5/6.
BUT my freq is stuck on 11.778 , any ideas please?

have you followed this guide ?

you can only tune in cbeebies between 06:00 and 19:00
remove them from your other channels first though.

not true, you can tune in Cbeebies and CBBC any time of the day or night, but if you try to view them outside of their broadcast hours you will only get a blue screen, all the information you require is here robssatellitetv.webs.com
click on FREQUENCIES for everything thats free to air from 28degrees east (the sky satellite) and click on SKY AND FREESAT for how to tune channels in on a sky digibox

think you will find bbc3 or bbc4 on those between 19:00 and 06:00 .

cbeebies and cbbc only broadcasts during the hours 06:00 and 19:00 so you wont see them at any other time.

of course I know that Cbeebies and CBBC only broadcast daytime and that BBC4 and BBC3 replace them in the evening, OP said she was trying to get those channels back on her "SKY" tv, I stick to my original post , which was, you can tune those channels in on a SKY box irrespective of what their broadcast hours are.
john mac, would you try a little experiment for me?
would you tune in 10.803 h SR 22.0 FEC 5/6 on your sky box and then tell me which channels come for you to tick and store , is it Cbeebies and BBC4? or depending on what time it is, only 1 of either Cbeebies or BBC4.
like i said you can tune in Cbeebies or CBBC any time you like.
OP is trying to "TUNE" them in, by all means correct me if I'm wrong, please don't correct me when I'm right.

To the original poster, have you followed the instructions given in the links that were provided in previous posts? were you successful or not?
are you still having problems? if you are still having problems please tell us what the make and model number of your receiver next time you post

hi all, thanks for all your help! Only got to the TV without the kids there and followed instructions on the links, have both channels now. I think i had got confused that i just had to type in the frequency rather than looking for options to scroll through!
It helps to do it when there aren't kids hanging off your arm too !

Once you tune in these channels do they stay put, or do you have to keep tuning them in each time you want to watch them?

they stay put, but some sky boxes occasionally lose/delete all the channels which you have stored in your "other channels" list, in which case you would have to re add them all, but i stress this is only some sky boxes and it's very occasionaly
