    Is it possible to share an external aerial ?

    Looking at purchasing this for Saorview

    Do the aerials support taking 2 coax cables (one for each house) from them or do you have to daisy chain the stbs ?

    Neither without expert install. Never daisy chain. Splitting an aerial feed is technically possible by specialist Communal system installer for adjoining houses (trivial within one property).

    Don't connect two houses from one dish or aerial without expert earthing and installation as the voltage between houses is 380V to 440V. :eek:

    Shared wiring of ANY kind connected to anything connected to mains needs qualified installers.
