Building up a steel touring bike and thought I'd bodge on a 105 Front mech with spacers I had from a MTB front mech but alas, busted the 31.8 clamp under pressure. If anyone out there has a shimano 105 compatible clamp spare, size 29.8 please reply.

are you sure its not 28.6? thought there was only 2 different standard sizes plus braze ons

is it a double or triple crankset?

Thanks Kumate Champ, it's 28.6 alright and a triple crank, the seatpost clamp was 29.8 and I assumed it was the same thickness all the way down. It's a Planet X Kaffenback frame I've got, can't believe how light it's built for steel.
Anyway if you have one thet's shimano 105 compatible it'd really tie the bike together. Will pay!
