iPhone Tethering Problem

I've been having major issues with tethering on my iP4 in the last week, the problem being my laptop freezes after about 30 secs of tethering? WTF? Running 4.3.1 and on Three network. Really annoying, as I use this in college lately due to the fact the network is overloaded at this time of year. Anyone else experience this…

I can't answer your question exactly because I am tethering using an iPhone 3G with iOS 3.0, however, it is also using Three mobile and it works perfectly.

The reason I haven't updated OS till now is that I was with O2 till today and apparently they disabled tethering with iOS 3.1.

I know you are having problems with latest OS tethering so i would be interested to know if updating OS has any effect on iPhone's ability to tether (using Three)?
