TLP 4000C repair

    Hey,

    Anyone know of anyone that would be able to repair a TLP 4000C charger?

    Or alternatively, have a service manual, or schematic so I could give it a go myself?

    I recently returned to airsoft, after about 2 years off to find my charger was broken, and I had no way to charge my batteries.

    This is probably a stupid question but have you checked to see if the fuse is broken?
    Can't find any schematics sorry and the included manual is useless.

    Yeah, the fuse is fine. It's powering up ok, and it seems to discharge fine.
    When you charge it, it appears to be charging ok, but the battery is still dead when it finishes.

    Thanks for having a look. I tried emailing TLP, but they haven't got back to me.

    Have you a tried a different battery? Your battery may have a false peak. Other than that ,fresh out of ideas sorry man.

    Yeah, I've tried a couple of different batteries.
    No worries. I might just open it up, see if there's anything obvious wrong with it.
