Online billing error

    Hi,

    I receive monthly bills from Eircom. Whenever I log into the online billing facility I visit the "analyse my bills" link. This gives a really useful breakdown of call costs, etc.

    However for the past two months, while the pdf online bills have been issued alright, the "analyse my bills" link hasn't updated itself to show the last two bills. While I can still choose to analyse all previous months, March 2011 and April 2011 don't appear in the dropdown list.

    Should I wait to see if those months appear later or is there an error that needs to be corrected?

    Is there any update on this?

    On the 8th of April I received the following from webmaster@eircom.ie:
    Dear ********,

    Thank you for contacting webmaster@eircom.ie with your e-mail dated
    7/4/11.

    Please be advised we are experiencing problems with our online billing
    system & the "analyse my bills" is currectly unavailable.

    Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
