Is there anywhere online that I can find the original plans of my housing development that would show the groundworks layout for the road etc? I've had a look at my local county councils website but can't even find the original planning application for the street which was built 16 yrs ago.

The original planning file would be archived now but for a small fee you should be able to get a copy of the documents. Contact your local planning dept.
