I saw that the Government published its legislative programme yesterday and I had a quick look through it and couldn't find any bills that might set up a Constitutional Convention as per the Programme for Government.

Does anyone have any information on how and when this Constitutional Convention will be convened and when we might see some discussions on the terms of reference etc?
