    Hi,

I am thinking of buying an iPhone from a marketplace. The following details are given:
Have an Iphone here that is stuck in reboot with the apple logo error known as (1015) easy to fix the iphone itself is in good condition wear and tear on the back cover front screen has a protector and the phone now has a cover charger comes with it and is locked to o2.

note battery life on the phone is great just needed to wipe cydia off it becaue had no need for it anymore but the error explained above is common and again easy to fix.
    the wifi is fine.

Phone is obviously cheaper than normal considering the above error. I am just wondering how easy of a fix the above problem is and if it would be worth the risk?

Google the error and see what it says?

download timyumbrella, run it, it'll detect the phone is stuck in recovery mode, pick the phone from the connected devices list on the left hand side menu and press the Kick out of Recovery button,

    phone will reboot,

but think, seller says easy to fix, but hasnt done it him/herself, you need to ask yourself why, before you commit to buy...and your buying a currently hacked phone, "cydia", not that thats a biggie, just a fyi, if you didnt know

Was just going to offer the OP the same advice. Usually they proffer the excuse that 'I didn't have time/couldn't be bothered/selling it for a friend'. I'd be very wary.
