    How do I go about improving my balance? What training is good for this?

    for what purpose?
    like for climbing or on a bike of just walking along or what?


    stand on one foot and close you eyes and try and stay still :P

    Buy yourself a unicycle and learn to ride it, you're balance will improve hugely! Well it did for me anyway!:D

    yoga and pilates.... ... no, seriously! look into it. some great yoga vids on youtube, but i would recommend doing a course if you can.

    Buy a slack line and practice twice p/week = improved balance.
