new map wont upload to mapsource

Hi, Im heading to Amsterdam tomorrow and I have just purchased the garmin cityXplorer™ Europe - Amsterdam, Netherlands map, and loaded it directly onto my device. I am now trying to load it into mapsource to look at it in more detail but it wont transfer............ any help would be great

Try using Basecamp - that has the ability to load and display maps that are installed on some devices. First time to use it will be slow as it has to transfer the map from your device.
