Tomorrow I'm getting my hair cut and I'm finding it tricky to explain/visualize what I want.

Instead of getting the normal tapered back:

    ...

Do you understand what I mean? Just want to try it out, if it looks bad then I can always just get the usual.

can you bring that picture into your barbers?? or do men not do that?
i think the best way would be to bring the picture in and show it to the barber, i think it would be hard enough to explain without the picture!

Ha, good luck explaining that without a picture.

Thats hilarious looking, why would you want to look like that?

If its some type of statement then fair play.

You could try bringing in the picture, they might think its a practical joke though.:D

I'm not using that shape! That would be awful looking, just an example. :D

Fair enough, I thought there was a new trend of uneven hair cuts starting.

Good thing you let me know, I dodged a bullet there.

They should ask you what do you want the back like "blended" or "straight", describe it then.

I've never seen a bloke go to a barbers with a picture before and saying "I wanna look like that", definitely a girls thing.

If you want to get designs in your hair i recommend the groom room. I am a junnior barber and I belive in a few weeks i am doing a work shop with the guy from here they also have a website thats worth checking out its expensive enough though..

Blokes do it all the time. Most barbers have photos/photobooks available for customers to browse. If a barber didn't have images available I'd be dubious about their skills.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

So what shape are you on about? Like a step haircut from the 90's?
