Company in Ireland owes me money and I'm getting it sent to my Australian account. Supplied my Acc no. and BSB they've requested my IBan and Swift Code.

Whats Westpacs Iban or is that branch specific and is the BSB the same as the swift code?

You need to ask your branch.

IBAN is a mostly a european thing, they don't exist in australia. Swift code is used instead, which is different to the BSB.
It's prob availible on their website, I know ANZ have thiers availible, swift codes are not branch specific either

    Basically,
Swift code = identifies country and bank
BSB code = Identifies specific branch
    Acc. number= Identifies your account
