New Forum Idea

    I have a new idea for a forum.
    I'm not sure what you could call it or where I should be posting this to try get it made, but the idea would be.....

    You can't start threads in this forum, threads from other forums such as AH can only be moved here, and once they're moved, only people who've already posted in the thread can continue. They can't create a new thread or post in other moved threads unless they also posted in it....
