Interesting that he was stopped and charged with being on a mobile phone and gave his address as Dublin.

Any chance he could face an additional charge for giving a Garda a false address, or would that be too much to hope for ?

I wonder how the gardai are progressing with the phone receipts forgery case.

I'm sure he will get away with this .

He has two residences, one in Dublin and one in Cork. He is entitled to give either one (or both if he wants) to the Gardai.
