Guys.I am trying to do some research into alternatives to plastic .Something that would be easier on the environment .Where would be the best place to research this .Do any of you know of websites where there may be some information . Cheers.

GG, try http://www.iom3.org/ it's the website of the Institute for Materials, Metallurgy and mining. The materials bit is the relevant bit. they'd have some useful links as a starting point.
