Does anyone know where I could get an 06 Corolla changed from KPH to MPH, need to export it to the UK and it's necessary to have it changed for the MOT. Ideally in the West somewhere. Thanks!

You need the dials for the odometer etc? You can buy these on the net and swap yourself.

Just have it done in the UK, there are loads of places that supply mph conversions/fog lights etc etc for importing cars.

I'd throw them an email first, make sure that's suitable for the optitron instruments that European models get. This may be only for jdm corollas.
Seems strange that there's Orange kmph reading..
That dial seems to be for a diesel also.
