Recording Sky to laptop

    Hi lads. Apologies if this has been covered before but I have a standard Sky box. What's the best option for recording from it to my laptop? Would a usb tv tuner work if I ran a cable from the RF output of the box to the input of the tv tuner? Or does that only work for terrestrial??
