Im leaving in a new house (3years) and my front box room is always cold. I have added extra insulation in the porch (as the room is over this) and haven’t made much of a difference. I keep getting air locks in the heater in only this room I bleed the rad every 2nd day. Im also getting air locks in my en suite sink and the toilet doesn’t fill up this happens every 3rd day or so. It first started when my main bathroom's toilet wouldn’t fill up (we rarely use this bathroom as we have the en suite) every other rooms is perfect no probs at all and the toilet down stairs never has a problem.

Anyone know what the problem could be its driving me mad

honestly sounds like the possibility of multiple problems , make out a list of the issues and get a plumber in , the constant need to bleed air from the rads is bad they will go rotten in no time from that.

Also is the front box room North Facing , no sunlight makes a big difference, Is there enough insulation in the attic above the room , have you checked for draughts from the windows etc , a bad window seal wouldnt help.

Are you sure the valve filling the system is open ?

Otherwise you could be taking water from elsewhere.

I have sealed all around the window. The attic is fully insulated. The house is north facing but the other front room is no where near as bad I could knock the heater of in the other front room and it would still be ok to sleep in. As i have a new baby i dont like letting him sleep in a cold room.

Are you sure the valve filling the system is open ?

    How can i check this?
