Hi guys I have a full b licence years now and I went and passed my C test this week for a learners permit.

Do I need to get a medical and eye sight exam done even though I have the full licence? my local GP wants 95 euro for this which i think is crazy

ps as i passed the test this morning whats the new rules regarding lessons before a learners permit or is that for a full licence

Yes you have to do a medical for the C licence unfortunately, that will cover your eyesight as well as your physical. €95 seems very steep though, mine was only €50.

The new compulsary lessons only apply to Motorbike and Car learner permits. You can take how many lessons as you want and the 6 month wait doesn't apply to you either. I trust you know all about Driver CPC?

Maybe you should look at another GP for the test.
    That's a complete rip off!

I paid my doc 60 euro for the test and I thought that was expensive.
