I have to say this has been the most frustrating experience in my gaming history - I go back a long way.

Was the Move invented to drive people insane?

Has anyone else tried this and found it okay - as it may be just me or my set up - the game helpfully contains no instructions or move tutorials that I can find.

I tried move with last years game and it was a head wreck. TW 12 was supposed to behave better with it.

yeah - I tried the demo for 11 and it was awful - read some online reviews saying it was much better - now thinking that EA might have written them

I totally bombed with it out of the box but have really got to grips with it now.

I found that 'tuning' my clubs to cancel out my natural bias has helped greatly and I can usually drill the ball within a degree or two or straight with regularity.

Putting is still a bit hairy but I am getting a great deal of satisfaction out of playing the game with less certainty than the regular controls (as someone described before me, it was kind of akin to darts rather than golf!)

As a tip the game improved massively for me once I paired the move with the nav controller (and having the regular controller for a R3 choke if required is handy also) which makes setting up shots so very much easier plus allowing for a L3 (click down the stick on the nav) to enter and exit practice swing.

In fairness, I am only on the easiest settings and understand that the top settings are well tricky (i.e, no power bar for putting and a lot more unforgiving with the swing) but I am just starting to crawl through the game.

I've been trying to get a move controller online game going for the craic but the lobby is very quiet for move when I go looking (KanesOldMan if anyone is on for a round)

I tried the demo for 11, was good fun but niggily my mother tried it and aced it, i was shocked we were struggling and she parred all the holes first attempt.

I enjoyed the demo but don't think i would get the value from full game.
It does notice every little movement and twist of the controller

Not great with the Move, but the game itself is great :D

The tuning is something I need to try - I don't have the nav controller
