Sweetcorn, anyone had any success with it?
Managed to grow the minipop version last year, but it never ripened enough - something to do with a lack of sun or something in this country??!!
This year, I'm going with the real thing! and early!

yeah we grew a bit last year. They were small but we got a good crop from the few that we did. I was told that we were very lucky as they need loads of sun - so it depends on what type of weather we get really.

We planted them in blocks for better pollination.

I grew the minipop no bother last year in the sunny corner of my garden and they seemed to do well. I have nowhere near enough space to grow more than a couple of plants so I really only got enough for the odd salad.

Thanks for reminding me though; I must grow more.
