Spins in Waterford area

I've six or seven weeks training left before my quintuple ironman an I'm in need of a training buddy/buddies. I'm after losing some of my motivation to get out on the bike on my own so I need some help.

Is there anyone in the Waterford area training weekday mornings? I mainly do long slow spins myself but will tip along no matter what the speed or distance, it'd just be nice to have a bit of company especially when the weather is ****e.

Do some of the Comeragh CC lads that are training for the RAS train week day mornings? I know they'll be fast but at least I'd have the choice of go fast or your on your own!

Not mornings - im doing 25 - 30km on tuesday or wednesday evenings if thats any good - do my sundays in Carrick though

"Our midweek spins will kick off on Tuesday and Thursday next at 6:30pm from the Top Oil service station, adjacent to the B&Q roundabout on the Cork road."

Racing lads are going out at 6pm from the Holy Cross if you fancy something faster!

That was posted last week so that should be this Tuesday. Haven't heard any confirmation of it but i presume its going ahead. As I said we're meeting at 6 if you'd like to join us. We'll be doing around 50km at 30km/h ish

I generally get a couple of morning spins in most weeks. These are a bit random as Im in the middle of a thesis but I'll be out friday morning if your interested. Similarly I wouldnt mind some company as I usually head out by myself
I should add that invite is open to any other boardsie's in the waterford city area who would like to join me, friday or any other day for that matter.

Ah no! Its the one day I'm busy this week Maybe someother time soon? Fancy a spin in the morning, what distances ya lookin to cover?

not free until friday Im afraid. Midweek spins, I usually put in 40-60k depending on how much time I can spare. I should add Ive had a lean year so far with college commitments so Im a long long way off race pace. Next monday is a possibility if that suits, I'll post here if im free.
