    If you don't have a preference for powder or liquid - there are better offers in Dunnes at the moment:

    Persil liquid - 54 washes for €6.00
    Daz liquid - 54 washes for €8.00
    Surf liquid - 54 washes for €8.00
    Woolite gel - can't remember but good offer

    I think it's pretty good value considering a 42 wash box of it in Tesco is nearly 11 euro.

    snubbleste is right though. The Daz powder is expensive enough if you work it out on a per wash basis.
    You'd get approx. 120 washes for the same price (13.50) if you bought the persil liquid. Works out ~11c per wash compared with ~17c for the daz powder.

    Also consider using a €1.50 coupon off Persil from pigsback.ie

    The pigsback coupons generally say that they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, but I have never had a problem using these, promotion or not.

    Best value Persil I currently see is currently in Dunnes at €6 for 54 washes
    less €1.50 pigsback voucher = €4.50 for 54 washes = just over 8 cent per wash


    Also a €1 voucher off Comfort on pigsback
    750ml Comfort Concentrated in Tesco (21 washes) - reduced from €2.49 to €2, less €1 pigsback voucher = 21 washes for €1 = 5cent per wash

    or
    1.5l Comfort Exhilirations in Dunnes (54 washes) reduced price is €3.50
    less €1 pigsback voucher = €2.50 for 54 washes = 4.6 cents per wash

    Persil Small And Mighty Bio 54 wash is €6.79 at Tesco this week & there is a €2 coupon on pigsback

    Comfort 1.5l is €2.64 & a €1 coupon on pigsback

    I just go to Lidl. Formil washing powder which is 5.1 L for €6.99
    It says on the box it does 60 washes.
