    Lovely room available in attached house. One girl, also a TCD, will still be living in the house for the summer. Located on South Lotts Rd, 15 minutes walk from town, close to all amenities. Fabulous kitchen! 550 euro. Great area! You'd really love this place!

    Isnt this thread more suited to the Accommodation forums than college forums?

    Besides that 550 is a crap ton for the location and when its not including all utilities.
