Cycling Computer - Tire Size?

I'm programming my new cycling computer, but the chart in the instructions doesn't go up to the tire size I have. I'm on Panaracer Crosstowns, 700*45C. No idea what those measurements actually translate to. How do I work out what it comes to in mm?
