PS3 - internet - crt

    I'm hoping someone here can help me. I have a Sony 100hz CRT. If I buy a PS3 can I access any internet page from it on my tv? i.e. I want to watch sky on it (have proper subscription). At the moment I can watch it on the laptop, but would like to have easy access to it on the tv.

    Was thinking the ps3 might be an option as it would also give us a blue-ray (and hubbie might get to play the odd game.)

    You can't get Sky TV on the PS3, you can on the 360.
    Is the CRT TV HD? - I ask because it would be kinda pointless getting blu-ray if it isn't.

    No. Don't know why, licensing maybe.
    I just know it can be done on the 360.

    I second the point about blu-ray. Unless you're connecting it to a telly with at least a resolution of 720p via a HDMI cable then there's not much point really. Stick to DVDs to be honest.
