Dash Warning Lights for DOE

    Hi Lads,

Haven't been driving the van for a couple of months now - bar an odd run out to stop her from stiffening up.

Booked in for the DOE on wednesday and tonight when i started it to change a sidelight bulb the SERV light on the dash stayed on with the ABS light - both lit up yellow.
This has happened before on and off.

Changed the bulb and drove her out and.....no warning lights on.
Should i disconnect the battery tomorrow and leave it off (in the hope the lights stay off for good) or will it pass regardless of warning lights.

The brakes by the way are fine - only did new brake discs and pads for last years test and haven't done many miles from then - i'm not a hard driver who jumps on the brakes either.
    Any advice?

Anyone shed a bit of light on this - Will a van fail the DOE if a dash warning light is on?

An ABS light will definitley fail. Is the light still on? Check the sensors and wiring for damage.

    ABS light is a fail.

Not sure what the serv light it, service maybe? That shouldn't be a fail.

What make of van is it?

Put a van in for test last week with ABS light and engine management light both on, failed for ABS light, bought a front sensor to cure the problem, passed today.:)
