    Hi Deutschlandfürimmer7,

Did the 120 spin last year, really well organised sportive run by KCC.
There's 3 tough climbs... Ardpatrick, Ballyorgan and Glen of Aherlow..
Good foodstops and there was a Pig on a Spit and other festivities back in the GAA club afterwards!!
Id love to be doing it again this year but the European Duathlon is on here in Limerick the same weekend...

Sign up ..you wont regret it!!

    Hi Dutchy

friend of mine has me moidered to do this one.

The circuit passes near the ballyhoura MTB trails. The hills are tough, not mad tough , but tough. then stretchs over towards the Galtee mountains and Golden vale.

good food afterwards apparantly ! Am working that weekend so no committment just yet !!

Ard patrick is the hill going up by bally houra MTB trails carpark, ok Hill, few flats before it climbs again.

Bally organ is tougher ( mate left me dropped on it !!! ) And I dont know the Glen of aherlow hill. Think he delibertly is keeping that one secret from me.

    Google the route !

Did this tour yesterday and have to give credit where it is due.

Absolutely brilliant Sportif. Lovely route, scenic with challenging but manageable climbs. Very well signposted and marshalled. There were signs up & arrows painted on the roads and Marshalls at every junction plus every pothole was painted to highlight it so you couldn;t miss them. And to top it all off a pig roasting on a spit. It was roasting away when we left and was just the motivation needed to get me around :).

Well done to all at Kilmallock CC. I'll definitely be going back next year.

Did this Sportif yesterday also and can safely say it was one of the best I've done. Superb route, challenging and a proper test. Superb marshaling and well signposted. Great bunch of lads cycling also. Well done Kilmallock CC.
