How do i receive channels on mpg4 tv

i recently purchased a mpg4 decode tv. initially i have aprox 16 stations on the terrestial aerial. now i cant get any of them, just a the irish channels but not clear all fuzzy. do i need to change the direction of the aerial? in wexford town area

1)What type of TV is it ?
2) are the cables all properly connected
3)what is currently displayed onscreen
4)have you the TV selected to Digital rather than Analogue ?
5) try retuning
6) try a factory reset and then re-tune
