I used Robeplan for a house we moved into 6 years ago and would highly recommend them. Went to see their showroom somewhere in Dublin (south side, if I recall correctly) before I booked appointment for someone to come and draw out the plans. Times were good then and prices were high, I believe, but the two men who installed were great - had old ones out and new ones in all in one day - no mess. We are in Kildare and a showroom has since opened in Newbridge. I remember I also had a quote from Sliderobes, which are similar, and it was much dearer.

Six years later and we've never had a problem with our units - three large, modern-looking sliding doors and internal units still as new. I can tell you what we paid for ours, but really price is based on size and what you want installed, so you really should get an estimate to know yourself. Hope this helps and if you need anything else, just let me know.

i'm in roscommon, so am no help but just wanted to say that when we got ours done we got them done by a company that a few friends recommended, so maybe ask around? the company taht made ours were not very well known and i would never have sourced them only for recommendations
    we were delighted with ours

Have u looked in Ikea: I got the sliding doors etc when they were on sale. very good.
Certainly worth a look unless ur space needs actual fitted with slopes etc.

In the past I have used both Robeplan and Sliderrobes, would go again with Robeplan only.
    As for the TV:

    "Mirrors on the ceiling,
    The pink champagne on ice
And she said ’we are all just prisoners here, of our own device’
    And in the master’s chambers,
    They gathered for the feast...."

You can tell us what happens next:D

paddy147: this is exactly what we had installed - one side for my stuff, one side for my husbands. Then we had a middle, shared section for the tv, etc. We had three large sliding doors installed and moved the middle door over when we wanted to watch tv and slide it back to hide everything when not being used. Any company you go with would draw out plans to suit your needs.

We used Robeplan, but you could also price with Sliderobes and the other similar companies out there. You really aren't limited to sliding wardrobes though as any company can do what you're looking for. We went for the sliding doors as we didn't want the doors to take up more needed space when they were in the open position, iykwim.

I've recently moved in with my boyfriend and we're doing up the house. We got wardrobes installed by Kelly Kitchens and they are going to fit the kitchen for us too. They are really great and worth checking out.
