Channel 4 not showing certain programmes

    I've noticed a few times now that certain movies on Channel 4 are not viewable. I don't pay for any movies package on Sky Digital but I can view channel 4 every other time. The Magdalene Sisters is on now but it just says the programme is not available. Anyone know why? Bit annoying.

    It has to do with rights issues and the Irish broadcasters.Tune in Channel 4 (UK regions) in other channels and you can watch it.Frequency is in the sticky on fta channels.

    It's odd, it happens all the time for programmes that seem to be broadcast ok on some of C4's other stations.

    For example I was flicking through the stations yesterday and C4 was blocked for Friends. Yet E4 never seems to be blocked when broadcasting the same show. It all seems very random!
