    I brewed this last week and took a few pics of the process,forgot mash pic so used an older one, same pic anyway:), Sample tastes and smells great. I mashed the grains in water at 67C for 60 min and basically rinsed out mash tun twice (batch sparge) with 80C water to get enough wort for the boil. Bittering with chinook hops and using cascade and colombus for flavour and aroma. I am using US-05 yeast, as usual :). Gonna keg it and bottle whats left using carb drops, very handy.

    80 % efficiency

    Ingredients:
    4.44 kg Maris Otter Extra Pale Ale Malt
    0.39 kg British Crystal 55°L
    10.42 g Chinook (12.7%) - added during boil, boiled 60 min
    13.02 g Chinook (12.7%) - added during boil, boiled 30 min
    13.02 g Columbus (17.9%) - added during boil, boiled 15.0 min
    13.02 g Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 15 min
    13.02 g Columbus (17.9%) - added during boil, boiled 0.0 min
    13.02 g Cascade (5.5%) - added during boil, boiled 0.0 min
    26.04 g Cascade (5.5%) - added dry to secondary fermenter
    26.04 g Columbus (15.0%) - added dry to secondary fermenter
    US-05 yeast

    Added recipe there, it was saved on another pc with beertools :) .
